RE: MAX RAABE & DER PALAST ORCHESTER
Journalist Thomason,
Thank you for two lovely Quays Life pieces on the marvelous Berlin team! Well done! In N America I've begun writing on Max Raabe & Palast Orchester--focusing on the subtle beauty of their music & history lessons re Weimar, the lost music & artists of those crushing years--all embedded in entertainment--so much to teach the whole world! Having read almost 20 years of reviews & interviews, I've come to appreciate those journalists who SEE the marvel of Der Palast Orchester & deliver a similar narratives. Yes, your pieces go in my "Best" file. Thank you!
